Cash Rebate Program Cash Rebate Program.
Main Street Realty is pleased to announce a new Cash Rebate Program available to buyers of our listed properties in the Albemarle Plantation. Effective April 1, 2008, buyers will be offered a cash rebate, to be paid at closing, on any Albemarle Plantation property listed and sold by Main Street Realty. The rebate is 1% of the purchase price on homes, and a whopping 2% of the purchase price on lots. NONE of our Albemarle Plantation listings are excluded from this offer! Here's an example: Let's say you negotiate the purchase of one of our beautiful Albemarle Plantation homes for a price of $450,000. At closing, we will rebate $4,500 directly to you.
